What Should I Tell You When I Call?
A handful of details lets us quote accurately, and often means we do not need a second visit just to confirm them:
- Which tree needs attention, and roughly how it compares in height to your house - Which part of Sarnia the property sits in, or which nearby community - What sits underneath it, be that a roof, a driveway, a fence line or plain open lawn - What looks wrong, in your own words, whether that is a dead limb or a leaning trunk - How much room there is to bring equipment in, and whether a truck can turn around once it is there
What Happens After I Get In Touch?
We book a time to see the tree in person before quoting anything. That visit costs nothing, and having a look never obligates you to book anything further.
From there you receive a written quote listing every tree involved, the work planned for each, where the branches and wood end up, and anything the price does not cover. Ask if any of it needs clearing up.
If A Tree Is Touching A Hydro Line
Call the utility company before you call us. A tree touching a live line stays under their authority until the power is confirmed off, and no crew should go near it until then.
Keep clear of anything the tree touches in the meantime, fences, gates, vehicles and equipment included, until the utility confirms the line is dead.
