What Makes Us Different
Every job starts with a document, not a handshake. That quote names each tree, spells out the plan for it, gives a figure for how much crown comes off, and says exactly where the debris ends up.
We are just as ready to tell a customer no work is needed at all. That opinion costs nothing, and giving it honestly matters more to us than padding a schedule with jobs we do not believe in.
Our Commitment To Quality
Every cut this crew makes is placed so the tree can seal the wound properly, not simply to finish the visit faster. Topping is not a service we offer, and if another company has proposed it for your tree, we will explain why we turned it down.
Insurance covers all of our work, and we hand over the documents before a single branch comes down. Ask the same of anyone else quoting on your trees; it is a reasonable question and any legitimate company should answer it without hesitation.
Working With Local Conditions
Two things about Sarnia change how a tree needs to be handled: the flat clay ground underfoot and the open stretch of Lake Huron just to the west. Roots spread wide instead of driving deep in this soil, and a hard lake wind hands a heavy, unbalanced crown far more leverage than the same tree would face further inland.
Every quote we write accounts for both, whether the address is a century home along one of the Tree Streets or a young tree freshly planted on a Blackwell side street.
How A Job Runs
Four steps, the same for every job, none of them skipped:
- We come see the tree ourselves before putting any figure on paper - We hand over a written estimate listing each tree, each cut, and where the debris goes - We prepare the site before cutting starts, covering or shifting anything nearby that a falling branch might hit - We chip the branches, deal with the wood as agreed, and leave the site raked clean
Where We Work
Tree trimming and removal work runs across Sarnia, from the older streets near downtown out to the subdivisions still filling in at the city's edges. Point Edward, Bright's Grove, Camlachie, Corunna and Mooretown all fall inside our regular area too.
Close to the edge of that area but not sure? Call and ask. Emergency storm damage cleanup runs outside normal hours for anyone inside that same footprint.
